👥 Team counting
My categories this session
Each person counts their categories on their own phone, taps “Send my counts” (shares a small file or a text code), and the lead taps “Merge counts”. You’ll get a warning if the import overlaps items or categories already counted. Live “someone else is in this order” alerts need a hosted sync service (not included in this offline version).
Ready. Say an item and a count.
Examples: “deluxe ham one” · “11005 three” · “ten day maple honey ham 2 October 15” · “location cooler” · “set london broil to 4” · “undo”

10 - Day Sheet

Attached to this store’s current department order — change store or department at the top.
Deli: the 10-day list is optional — leave it empty if there’s nothing to date.

“Action Taken” and “Disposed Amount ($) Shrink” are normally filled in by the store afterward; they print blank unless you type something here. “Thrown out (units)” is app-only: it is subtracted from next week’s sold figure as shrink.

Sign-off

Store manager signs as the department manager on the order sheet and as Rouses Representative on the 10-Day Sheet. The rep signature goes on both.

Settings

Moving par = PTS + display/safety pieces by volume
Override any item in the “+Display pcs” column on the Order screen. No pars are typed in: par is recalculated every week and saved with each final order.

Backup & history

Moving to a new app link? Paste the new link and tap Move — your stores, counts, history and settings go with you (inside the link itself, not uploaded anywhere). The voice downloads once more on the new link.
History CSV columns: code, week, onhand, order, shrink (week as YYYY-MM-DD; shrink optional). Sold is calculated from consecutive weeks. It is added to the current store + department’s 13-week history, so a moving par and suggestion show right away (two or more weeks in a row needed).
